Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding and meeting customer needs, promoting store events and promotions, and resolving customer concerns. You will also support team and company goals by collaborating with the team to achieve overall store and company objectives.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
