Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Five Below. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, understanding and meeting customer needs, promoting store events and promotions, and resolving customer concerns. You will also be expected to support team and company goals, and work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
