At Five Below, our Store Manager is responsible for building a culture of working back from the customer, leading a growth-oriented sales culture, and developing a high-performing crew. The role involves analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly business results, and driving a consistent business. The Store Manager must be able to multitask, think creatively, and maintain composure under pressure.
