Shift Manager - 4117

Shift managers are trained to perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence. They ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management.

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
