Job Description
Five Iron is seeking a passionate and highly skilled 1099 Golf Coach to deliver world-class instruction to golfers of all levels. The role involves utilizing technology to guide students and promoting the brand through social media and events. This is a key position within the Five Iron Family, reporting to the Performance Manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in the golf world or PGM graduate
- One on one coaching experience preferred
- Understand various golf swing teaching methodologies
- Understand ball flight laws, launch monitor data, and be tech savvy
- Proficient in video analysis
- Good social skills and working well in group scenarios
- Desire to learn and grow as a coach
- Ability to speak to a wide variety of skill levels
- Able to assist with space beyond golf instruction
