Job Description
Five Iron Golf is seeking an Assistant General Manager Social/Golf Experience Manager to lead the social side of the business, focusing on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests. The role requires 5+ years of hospitality management experience and a strong leadership ability.
Requirements
- Drive revenue in Simulator Rentals, Food and Beverage Sales, and League sales.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff.
- Actively evaluate employee performance to ensure day-to-day business needs are met.
- Manage and oversee all operations of the social side of the business.
- Maintain an understanding of the location’s P&L and assist in local marketing efforts.
