Job Description
Five Iron Golf is seeking a General Manager - Social to lead its social side of the business, including leagues, simulator rentals, event execution, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hospitality management experience and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership ability and willingness to lead by example
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and manage customer expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
