Job Description
Five Iron Golf is seeking a Golf Experience Associate to guide guests through their golf experience and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves providing a fun and engaging golf experience, serving as a technology expert, and maintaining a clean and presentable facility. The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Golf, Sales and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
- Strong customer service skills
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
- Proficient verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must obtain proper licensing/certifications for food/beverage handling
