Job Description
Golf Experience Manager responsible for leading the Golf Experience Team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, overseeing pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups.
Requirements
- Manage with and through associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services
- Serve as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology
- Oversee the sales, execution, and management of Five Iron Golf leagues and one-off tournaments
