Job Description
Join Five9 in bringing joy to customer experience as a Program Manager - Talent and Learning. This role will drive the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of global talent management and learning programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (recommended)
- 5+ years of HR or Learning and Development experience
- Experience managing HR, talent management, learning, or people programs in a fast-paced, tech environment
- Strong program management skills, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, Communications, and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
