Program Manager, JUMP! Experiences (Freelance Contract)

JUMP! Foundation is seeking a Program Manager for JUMP! Experiences to join their dynamic team. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of program operations, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for participants while fostering strong partnerships and driving continuous program improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, International Development, Youth Work) preferred; Bachelor's degree with extensive experience may be considered
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management, youth development, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering impactful experiential learning programs
• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Experience working with diverse youth populations and international partners
• Excellent budget management and financial planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to program improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
• Fluency in Thai language (reading, writing, and speaking) is a plus
• Passion for youth development and experiential learning
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
