Senior Director, Field & Partner Marketing

Five9 is seeking a Senior Director of North America Field & Partner Marketing to lead and scale regional go-to-market execution across Field Marketing and Partner Marketing. The role will own the strategy, execution, and performance of North America field programs and partner initiatives, with clear accountability for pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across field marketing and partner/channel marketing in B2B environments, with significant North America scope
• Proven track record of building and scaling field marketing programs that drive TQLs, SAOs, and revenue impact
• Strong experience leading partner or channel marketing motions tied directly to sales outcomes
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing multi-team, regional organizations
• Deep understanding of regional GTM strategy, sales alignment, ABM, and multi-touch campaign execution
• Data-driven mindset with experience in attribution modeling, pipeline reporting, and performance optimization
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
