Job Description
Five9 is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their growing team. This role focuses on building and maintaining highly reliable, scalable systems, utilizing software engineering and operations expertise. The position involves automation, monitoring, system reliability, and collaboration with development teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python, Shell, Java, NodeJS)
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, or similar
