Order Management Senior Analyst

Fivetran is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Senior Analyst to lead global order validation operations, ensuring accurate bookings, system integrity, and scalable operational rigor. The successful candidate will lead a team, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to support Fivetran's growth and public company readiness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, or Billing functions
• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite; experience with order sync tools (e.g., Celigo) strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work across functions, resolve issues independently, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
