Senior Salesforce Developer

Fivetran is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and scale their Salesforce platform to support a rapidly growing global business. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, a strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce platform architecture, and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Platform Developer II preferred)
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce platform architecture
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization techniques
• Ability to design scalable, production-ready solutions and make sound architectural trade-offs
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
• Experience using Copado (or similar DevOps tools), Git, and CI/CD practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing technical deliverables
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicate trade-offs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
