Sr. Principal Product Designer

Fivetran is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Designer to lead the design and implementation of a cloud-hosted offering. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design, with a focus on data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design
• Extensive experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products
• Proven track record of leading major design initiatives
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring other designers
• Exceptional product design skills, including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping
• Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and simplify highly technical workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in data integration, analytics, developer tools, or related technical fields
