Strategic Finance Analyst

Fivetran is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to join its Finance & Strategy team. The role involves driving analytical rigor and decision clarity across strategic workstreams, including building financial models, developing R&D ROI frameworks, and creating repeatable financial frameworks to support capital allocation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical horsepower with a drive to operate at the center of strategic decision-making and own operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategic finance, or FP&A at a high-growth technology company
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building driver-based models and scenario analyses from scratch
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems and distill insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
