The Residency Program is a full-time apprenticeship and hands-on experience for the next generation of ministry leaders, empowering them through personal development, staff meetings, campus outreach, discipleship meetings, ministry meetings, central event planning, and admin work, with a focus on support raising and participation in Sunday/Saturday services.
