As Business Operations Manager Benelux, you will be the operational backbone of our repair network, managing transactional damages, resolving issues, and working with stakeholders across the Benelux region.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Fleet Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar roles
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus
- Administratively strong with a sharp eye for detail
- Natural relationship-builder with negotiation skills
- Comfortable making calls and being the voice of Fixico
- Experience in operations, account management, or a similar fast-paced role
- Proactive, structured, and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
