BioSked is seeking a Business Development Manager to build its presence in Flanders and the Netherlands, expanding its European market.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to hospitals and clinics in Benelux
- Proven track record of hunting new logos (not just account management)
- Native or near-native Dutch speaker
- Pre-existing network of decision-makers in healthcare
- Professional English, written and oral
- Based in Flanders or the Netherlands
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast-moving company
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux (~30-40%)
- Interest and familiarity with AI tools to develop commercial productivity
- Strong plus: Knowledge of public procurement processes in Belgium or the Netherlands
- French and/or German language skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
