BioSked is the European leader in intelligent staff scheduling for healthcare. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to build their presence in the Dutch-speaking Benelux market.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to hospitals and clinics in Benelux
- Proven track record of hunting new logos (not just account management)
- Native or near-native Dutch speaker
- Pre-existing network of decision-makers in healthcare: medical directors, department heads, CIOs, HR directors, or procurement leads in Belgian and/or Dutch hospitals
- Professional English, written and oral
- Based in Flanders or the Netherlands
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast-moving company
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux (~30-40%)
- Interest and familiarity with AI tools to develop commercial productivity
