General Manager

Fixins Soul Kitchen is seeking a General Manager to oversee a future location. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the General Manager will ensure operational excellence, drive sales growth, provide outstanding service, maintain profitability, and manage facilities. The role requires inspirational leadership to achieve outstanding results and effectively communicate company vision and brand standards.

Requirements

• Several years’ experience as a restaurant general manager or similar position
• Excellent business math skills with the ability to analyze cost reports effectively to drive greater profitability
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation
• Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in the use of internet and ability to utilize computerized business tools such as email, learning management systems, and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other appropriate software
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience managing large staff to excellence in a fast paced environment
