Job Description
Fixins Soul Kitchen is seeking a Host/Hostess to manage the dining experience and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong focus on hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, and a passion for creating positive first impressions. Guests will be greeted warmly, assisted with seating, and provided with seamless service throughout the dining experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience hosting in an upscale restaurant setting
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Impeccable appearance
- Proficient in upscale dining etiquette
- Positive attitude
- Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler’s Card and RBS Certification
