Administrative Assistant

Flagship Facilities is looking for an experienced, energetic, and organized individual to join a growing, dynamic company as an Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Operations. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy with a keen eye for detail and ready to take charge of any project handed to them.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR as a Benefits and 401K role
• Bachelor's degree with courses in Human Resources (HR) or other business related field preferred
• Effective organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Self motivated
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to understand and pick up various proprietary computer systems
