Job Description
Flagship is looking for a janitor to keep their buildings clean and tidy. The job involves a range of tasks, including cleaning floors, dusting surfaces, and emptying waste baskets. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work
- Clean driving record
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of clients
- Must be punctual
- Must maintain a neat appearance
- Must attend periodic training and safety meetings
