Janitor Part Time

Janitors are responsible for keeping buildings neat and clean, performing various tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, with a moderate noise level and exposure to dust, odors, and cleaning products.

Requirements

• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
• Dusts and washes walls, windows, ledges, cleans ceilings and dusts, remove trash, heavy lifting up to 50lbs.
• Applies protection applications to walls floors and equipment. Removes protective applications from wall floors and equipment.
• Maintains a neat appearance, must be punctual and able to understand and anticipate the needs of the clients.
