Job Description
It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! As a Painter, you will be precise, and detail oriented in your work with a professional and customer-oriented attitude. Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and helping to coordinate large painting projects.
Requirements
- Preparation of surfaces to receive paint and other finishes and treatments
- Interior and exterior wall painting and repair
- Door and window frame painting
- Wallpaper removal and wall board repair
- Tape and mud drywall
- Match paint and texture
- Wood deck and furniture refinishing, painting, and staining
- Ceiling grid and tile painting
- Epoxy painting
- Building paint log set up
- Clean room painting
- Able to patch and sand in a timely and efficient manner
- Some knowledge or ability to learn brushing, rolling, taping, and topping
- Able to safely use powered equipment such as paint sprayers and power washers
- Able and willing to clean all equipment to include brushes, rollers, spray rigs, cup guns, texturing hoppers
- Strong customer service skills
- Must maintain a neat appearance
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Follows safety and sanitation procedures with all guidelines from OSHA, Department of Public Health and Risk Management
