Steward

As a Steward, you will wash dishes, maintain kitchen work areas, stock supplies, and transfer equipment between storage and work areas. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience in a dishwashing and/or receiving position, and excellent multitasking skills.

Requirements

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas
• Rotate stock using FIFO guidelines and maintain all storage areas in a neat, orderly and sanitary manner
• Prepare and transport goods to food production and service areas as requisitioned
• Complete general cleaning duties such as floor care, and minor equipment maintenance as needed
