Job Description
Utility Floor Tech is required to maintain the optimum level of cleanliness in every building or worksite serviced by FlagShip Facility Services, Inc. This includes performing various floor care duties and responsibilities, such as scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extracting, and mopping.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial facilities and building maintenance
- Knowledge of basic floor care duties and responsibilities
- Knowledge of and ability to operate floor care equipment, such as automatic scrubber, buffer, shampoo machine, extractor, wet vacuum, carpet pile lifter and vacuum
- Knowledge of proper use and application of floor care products
- Good listening and verbal communications skills
