Research Associate/Senior Research Associate, Peptide Chemistry (Contract)

Abiologics, Inc. is seeking a Research Associate/Senior Research Associate to work on peptide chemistry in a contract position. The role involves synthesizing and analyzing complex peptides for therapeutic applications.

Requirements

• Apply a combination of solid-phase peptide synthesis, conjugation chemistries, and automation technologies to synthesize new macromolecules
• Purify and analyze macromolecules using modern instrumentation
• Independently troubleshoot challenging technical, experimental, and instrumental issues
• Evaluate macromolecular properties using various spectroscopical techniques
• Meticulously record and analyze data with a minimum of oversight
• Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents and instruments
• Regularly summarize progress of work in oral and written format
• Stay informed of the latest developments in peptide chemistry and related fields through continuous learning
