FL121 is a privately held biotechnology company that is engineering nature to build next generation therapeutics. The company is seeking a Senior Research Associate to provide direct experimental support to the therapeutic discovery platform's Build arm.

Requirements

• Execute molecular cloning workflows end-to-end using modern assembly methods
• Express and purify recombinant proteins in bacterial systems
• Maintain rigorous records of experimental conditions, reagent lots, and QC data
• Partner with senior scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality material inputs
• Communicate results and blockers clearly and proactively
