Job Description
Vesalius Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Scientist, Computational Biology with 5+ years of experience in high-dimensional data analysis to develop and apply state-of-the-art statistical methods to deliver actionable insights from our population scale iPSC-based high-throughput phenotyping platform.
Requirements
- PhD. in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
- 5+ years of industry experience analyzing high-dimensional datasets
- Knowledge of quantitative genetics in human or model organisms a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in computation and biology supported by publications or presentations
- Demonstrated proficiency in a relevant programming language (Python, R, etc.) supported by a public Github repository
- Experience developing novel models, algorithms, or software implementations a plus
