A Branch Banking-Client Consultant II-Float travels between assigned branches to provide customers with high-quality financial services, resolves concerns, and provides product details to meet clients' financial needs.
Requirements
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience, (including in the financial services industry
- Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures
