Branch Banking Client Consultant II provides high-quality financial services to customers, focusing on client management, retention, and introductions to key bank partners. This role involves greater lending and basic investment interactions and participates in complex banking conversations with clients.
Support team efforts to achieve growth targets, provide positive client experience, and execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly.
Ideal candidate has 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, and a focus on client management and retention.
