Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Float travels between assigned branches to provide customers with high-quality financial services, resolving concerns and providing product details to meet client needs.
Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition. Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints.
This position requires 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience, with a focus on building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
