Technician I - Sanitation

Flagstone Foods is looking for a reliable and dedicated Sanitation Technician I to support the Company's sanitation food safety program by focusing on proper cleaning and sanitizing of plant equipment and building in a manner that meets and complies with all food safety policies, FDA, and OSHA regulations.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum working with production equipment or 1 year working in a food plant as a sanitor cleaning equipment/machine
• Basic knowledge of pre-rinse/wash/rinse/sanitize steps
• Ability to learn how to clean all plant lines
• Ability to prioritize work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team to complete assigned tasks
