Requirements

• Background in private banking, wealth management, or high-touch financial services
• Personal accountability for retention, satisfaction, and commercial outcomes
• Ability to design a service model and articulate what premium looks like
• Structured and organised, able to track portfolio and plan outreach
• Warm, confident, and credible with sophisticated clients
• Composure under pressure, able to turn around unhappy clients
