Flamingo is seeking a Design Director to lead the creative direction of the brand, working closely with the Head of Creative to shape the visual identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand design
- Deep expertise in packaging design and production processes
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across physical and digital environments
- Proven ability to build, document, and scale design systems
- Hands-on proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience managing and developing design talent
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
