Job Description
We are hiring a Credit Administrator in Kitchener to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services for effective management of Accounts Receivables. The role involves cultivating partnerships with diverse teams and delivering service excellence to customers while minimizing risk.
Requirements
- Strong collections skills for B2B and consumer based-relationships
- Good decision making skills, and understanding of negotiation methods to mitigate loss
- Ability to read credit reports and make calculated decisions based on information available
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling and resolving challenging situations
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills to support multi-tasking
- Previous experience working with MS Office applications, and ability to learn new systems
- Strong team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
