Project Manager - Civil Construction

Project Manager - Civil Construction. Lead and coordinate the delivery of Flanco's projects across various sites and divisions, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Requirements

• Previous Project Management / Site Supervision experience
• Experience in detailed earthworks, formwork and concreting
• Strength in reading, interpreting & following plans
• Quoting experience advantageous, not essential
• Trade background advantageous (formwork carpentry and/or concrete)
• Ability to support supervisors who are on the ground and supervise multi-disciplinary workforce
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License.
• White Card
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
