Requirements
- Previous experience with onboarding, implementation, training, or related areas (CS, Farming, or commercial areas)
- Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to make presentations and conduct meetings
- Organization and management of multiple accounts simultaneously
- Analytical and consultative skills to understand customer needs and make decisions
- Proactivity, empathy, and focus on problem-solving
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Receptiveness to feedback
