Job Description

Requirements
- Solid experience in leading Outbound SaaS teams
- Strong analytical capacity and experience in data-driven commercial management
- CRM (preferably Salesforce) mastery, KPI management, forecast, productivity and conversion metrics
- Experience in reducing sales cycle and commercial efficiency
- History of developing people, talent formation and internal promotions
