Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Experience in managing analytical and/or planning teams in CX structures
• Advanced Analytical Vision: Experience with BI tools and data manipulation (SQL is an important differentiator)
• CX Metrics Management: Expertise in CX metrics (e.g., Productivity, CSAT, NS, FCR, SLA, TMR)
• Domain Knowledge: Deep knowledge in demand forecasting methodologies, Erlang C, and scale management/dimensioning
• Academic Formation: Complete higher education in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related areas
