Loan Officer Assistant

The Loan Officer Assistant will assist and support Senior Mortgage Bankers in the origination of residential real estate loans, working hand in hand behind the scenes to facilitate data processing and analysis of documents.

Requirements

• Experience with mortgage loans, required
• Technical proficiencies with various software programs, desired
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
• Self-starter/Self-motivator
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to learn while picking things up in a timely manner simultaneously
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, must be able to juggle tasks and deadlines
• Experience working with vendors and contractors (preferred, not required)
• Negotiation and budgeting skills
