Job Description
The Loan Officer Assistant will assist and support Senior Mortgage Banker(s) in the origination of residential real estate loans, with a focus on data processing, analysis, and workflow management.
Requirements
- Experience with mortgage loans
- Technical proficiencies with various software programs
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
- Self-starter/Self-motivator
- Ability to multi-task
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional travel, although minimal
