Loan Officer Assistant

The Loan Officer Assistant will assist and support senior mortgage bankers in the origination of residential real estate loans. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with mortgage loans
• Licensing preferred but not required
• Technical proficiencies with various software programs desired
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
• Self-starter/Self-motivator
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to learn while picking things up in a timely manner simultaneously
• Experience working with vendors and contractors preferred
