Project Controls Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Controls Manager, you will oversee critical activities that ensure project success, including prime contract management, scheduling, cost control and contract change management. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness for one District or Mega Project.

What You Will Do

Reviews and analyzes contract management records to provide technical advice and project control guidance. Oversees cost controls reporting and reconciliation for one District or Mega Project, providing reports to the Project Controls Director for Division-level summaries.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required. 7+ years’ experience in construction engineering, project management or project controls required. Proven written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of construction contract agreements and change order processes
