Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager with all phases of project management, including project and crew scheduling, pre-job planning, daily reporting, and post-job compiling.

Requirements

• Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
• Communicate with field personnel and vendors
• Organize and maintain electronic project files
• Monitor project team members and performance
• Develop or update project plans
• Communicate with key stakeholders
• Create project status presentations
• Report project status
• Schedule or facilitate project meetings
• Submit project deliverables
• Maintain quality standards
