Property Manager

FLATS is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the onsite team at their multi-family building in Chicago. The successful candidate will drive the team to success, achieve financial goals, and provide exceptional service to residents and tenants. The role involves compliance, vendor management, market analysis, financial management, lease enforcement, resident satisfaction, and more.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential property management
• Active IL Leasing Agent License
• Strong background with Luxury Class A properties
• Strong understanding of leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations
• Proficient in Yardi property management software
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
