The Logistics Team Lead is responsible for managing the logistics team, training and supervising team members, and implementing processes to ensure customers receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities include breaking down and stocking new inbound freight, prioritizing daily activities, and collaborating with the Logistics Manager to implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 2 years of retail logistics or general warehouse experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to direct and motivate a diverse population
- Ability to act decisively and implement solutions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
